Performance training - individual lessons

My connection to sports was shaped over many years at SK Slavia Praha, where I played football from the age of 6 to 18.
Due to an injury and a year-long recovery break, I later continued playing in lower leagues, where I also began assisting as a coach.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve explored a variety of training approaches, coaches, and methodologies. This experience has taught me that with clearly defined goals, proper methodology, and discipline, it’s possible to achieve excellent and — most importantly — sustainable results.

I focus on functional training, joint mobility development, and stability of key body segments.

 

In recent years, I’ve dedicated myself to strength training and ultratrail running, which helps me better understand the connection between the physical and mental aspects of performance.
