Booking conditions

1. Booking lessons

• Reservations are made via the reservation system, by email or in person at the studio reception.

• The reservation is valid only after confirmation by the studio.

• The number of places per lesson is limited, and reservations are accepted in the order in which they are received.

2. Payment

• The participant is obliged to pay the course fee or one-time entry fee no later than the start of the lesson, according to the current price list.

• When booking online, prepayment may be required.

• If payment is not made on time, the studio reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

3. Cancellation and changes to reservations

• The reservation can be canceled no later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson without a cancellation fee.

• If the reservation is canceled later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson, the participant loses the right to a compensation or refund.

• The studio reserves the right to cancel a lesson (e.g. due to the instructor's illness or low number of registrations). In such a case, the participant is entitled to reschedule the reservation to another date or refund the course fee.

4. Substitutes

• If the lesson is full, the participant can register as a substitute. If a place becomes available, they will be informed.

5. Participant's responsibility

• The participant is required to arrive at the lesson on time and with appropriate clothing and footwear.

• Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minor participants.

• The studio is not responsible for items left unattended in the locker room or for injuries caused by failure to follow the instructor's instructions.

8. Final provisions

• By submitting a reservation, the participant confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.

• Studio B Motion reserves the right to change the booking conditions at any time.
