Irena Krizova
Pilates
She became a Pilates instructor while studying physiotherapy at the Faculty of Medicine and has been teaching regular classes since 2019. Teaching has become her little joy and she considers Pilates to be a meaningful movement that develops strength, stability, and mobility.
During the lessons, she emphasizes comprehensive strengthening of the whole body (so-called full body) and always offers options for different levels of proficiency so that each participant can exercise according to their abilities. Thanks to her education and experience in physiotherapy, she can also offer safe guidance to people with mobility limitations. Her vision is that everyone takes away from the lesson their own sense of joy from movement and a better perception of their body. In her free time, she most often devotes herself to climbing and strength training, which help her constantly learn about the possibilities of the human body and transfer these experiences to her lessons.
