Katerina Strykova

Kateřina Stryková, a former representative of the Czech Republic in modern gymnastics, became a member and later a soloist of the now legendary group UNO at the age of 16. She also danced in Jiří Korn's dance company and collaborated with Lucie Bíla.

 

She danced in the first performance of Dracula. She has also worked or is working in dance and musical projects in the Czech Republic and abroad: Nikita, Checkmate, Romeo and Juliet, West Side Story, Brouci, Keep Cool, Hank Hoover, Tabaluga Peter Muffay, Cats, Cleopatra.

 

He is also actively involved in yoga teaching.

 

She has been teaching and practicing yoga for more than 20 years, Kateřina has gone through a period of enormous commitment, discipline, to a completely natural refinement and search for true harmony in herself and her life. Yoga has helped her through all life events, from pain, stress, mental exhaustion, recovery from an injury... It has taught her not only to listen to her body, but also to her soul... one without the other simply does not work. Kateřina loves to pass on this beauty.
