Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the dance studio Studio B Motion (hereinafter referred to as the "studio") and course participants (hereinafter referred to as the "participant"). By confirming registration for the course, the participant confirms that he has read and agrees with them.
1. Login and payment
Registration for the course is done via the online registration form on the studio's website.
After submitting the application, the participant is obliged to pay the course fee within the specified deadline.
Participation in the course is conditional on proper payment of the course fee.
2. Price and course fees
The price of the course is listed in the current studio offer.
The course fee is payable by transfer to the study account or in another agreed manner.
Failure to attend lessons does not entitle you to a refund of part of the course fee.
3. Course cancellation and cancellation conditions
The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course for organizational reasons (e.g. due to insufficient registrations). In such a case, the participant will receive a full refund of the course fee.
The participant can cancel their application no later than 7 days before the start of the course and is entitled to a 100% refund of the course fee. If cancelled later, the course fee is not refunded.
4. Lesson replacements
If a participant misses a lesson for personal reasons, they are not entitled to a refund of part of the course fee.
The studio may offer a replacement lesson in another course if capacity allows.
5. Health status
The participant declares that he/she is medically fit to participate in the course and that he/she is not prevented from doing so by any health restrictions.
The studio is not responsible for any injuries incurred during the course, unless they were caused by demonstrable negligence on the part of the instructor.
6. Responsibility and safety
The participant is obliged to behave with due regard to his/her own safety and that of others.
The studio is not responsible for participants' personal belongings left in the locker room or studio premises.
7. Protection of personal data
The studio processes participants' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR) solely for the purposes of recording and organizing courses.
8. Final provisions
The studio reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, and their current version is always published on the studio's website.
These terms and conditions come into effect on the date of publication.
