Ballet training at the pole is an elegant and functional exercise that combines the beauty of classical ballet with elements of Pilates, yoga and bodyweight training. Thanks to the support of the ballet pole, you can safely engage in exercises that strengthen the deep stabilization system, shape the figure and improve flexibility. The lessons are conducted in a friendly atmosphere, so everyone can join them - regardless of experience with dance or sports. The goal is not perfection, but the joy of movement, which brings lightness, grace and a feeling of energy.
