Barre is an elegant combination of Pilates and bodyweight exercises. Classes are held at a ballet barre and focus on strengthening the entire body, correct posture, flexibility and graceful movement. The exercise is gentle on the joints, but at the same time intensively shapes the figure, especially the abdomen, legs and buttocks. The class is suitable for all levels - even for those who have never stood at a ballet barre. The instructor will guide you step by step, with an emphasis on precise technique, balance and fluidity of movement.
