O kurzu

Yoga class focused on strengthening and stabilizing the core. It combines traditional yoga poses with elements of Pilates and functional training, creating a comprehensive and very effective workout. The classes specifically activate the deep muscles of the abdomen, back and pelvic floor, improve posture, stability and balance, while supporting flexibility and conscious work with the breath. The emphasis is on synchronizing the breath with smooth sequences of yoga poses (asanas), proper technique and movement control. The practice is dynamic, but at the same time sensitive to the needs of the body. It supports concentration, physical and mental balance and brings a feeling of strength, stability and lightness in movement.
