Contemporary lessons naturally develop movement and teach children to work with the center of gravity, fluidity and space. The lessons include simple elements of floorwork (working on the ground), rotations, jumps and dance combinations and connections that lead children to greater confidence in movement. The dance is accompanied by varied music and supports creativity, improvisation and the experience of movement. Children learn to express music and themselves in a modern and playful way.
