Personal training focused on correct, healthy and effective movement. Each client begins with an initial diagnosis of the musculoskeletal system, on the basis of which they set their goals together with the trainer. The training uses the principles of the DNS method (dynamic neuromuscular stabilization according to Petr Kolář) and athletic approaches that help develop strength, stability, mobility and quick reaction of the body. The goal is to teach the body to function without pain, improve coordination and manage everyday stress with ease. This comprehensive approach is suitable for runners, athletes and recreational exercisers. The training takes place in complete privacy, when the client is in the studio only with the trainer. This guarantees maximum concentration, individual approach and a calm atmosphere to achieve the best results.
