This course combines the classic Pilates principles of conscious breathwork, core strengthening, and flexibility with the modern methodology of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). The lessons emphasize the proper engagement of the deep stabilization system, promote healthy posture, and help prevent back pain. The exercises combine gentle yet effective movements with deep muscle activation, making them safe and functional. They are suitable for all levels, from beginners to athletes who want to improve their posture, stability, breathing patterns, and overall movement fitness—either as a preventative measure or as a complement to other sports.
